Am I the only one getting screwed over? First I buy Tapatalk and it made me Re download it and I had to pay twice... I might add the countless emails to the dev team with no response, then I buy something in Sims free play and it gets glitched and I get nothing!!! With no way of emailing the devs for help.

Like this is unreal how is devs so easily getting away with this!!

Visa is normally pretty good at helping their customers on issues like that one.

Call Visa now, don't wait or hesitate. It's not your fault they (devs) won't help you! :banghead:
