Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying it's a Swiss phone? Or is the brand name "Swees"? Can you tell us the exact brand and model?

In any case, it looks like bad hardware. I would return or exchange it where you bought it.

Never mind, I found websites for Swees brand phones. Would definitely either bring it back to where you bought it, or contact Swees tech support.

Is it rooted? Maybe the seller rooted it and tried to flash a new ROM unsuccessfully, hence the sale. If you're able to install apps, try installing this one to see if the phone is rooted: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...ails?id=com.joeykrim.rootcheck&token=D9XoMQhb

Have you notified the eBay seller about the phone's problems? The seller should offer to take the phone back and give you a refund. If the seller refuses, or if the condition of the sale was no returns and no refunds, then you could contact eBay and see if they can offer any solutions.

Please could you share the information you found? I have not been able to find anything helpful, so if you know of a website for Swees products, I really could use it!
Thanks in advance
