What's keeping my android update from installing on my note 4?

I have an update icon in my notifications on my note 4. I go to install the update and it looks like it installs, phone boots down and it looks like update is installing, but when the phone comes back on the android guy is back in my notifications, and the phone tells me there is a software update available. It's running kitkat 4.4.4 now. It's unlocked and on the cricket network currently. I've factory wiped the phone trying to clear the update and make it download it again nothing works. Do you think there is something wrong with my phone?

Is Cricket part of AT&T? AT&T sent out the L upgrade in 3 parts which each install one after the other.

They are. I've tried installing several times in succession but no success.
