whats my first gen fire hdx 8.9 worth?

I got it a few months ago with a geek squad warranty. I was given a 10.5 galaxy s so its collecting dust. Was thinking of selling it on Craiglist. I was thinking $250, am I off base? thx

Im sorry 16 gig, wifi and its in perfect condition,it never left the house.. The only thing I dont have is the box.

Remember with the release of the new 8.9 Hdx it's now a generation behind. Amazon is still selling the remaining inventory of the tablet, I'd say your price is a bit on the high side but okay.
