Quick App Manager, a true set it and forget it cleaner. I have it set to clear my cache every 12 hours, works like a charm. Never even had one force close out of it. When I flash a new ROM I install Titanium then restore Quick App Manager...simple as that.

I don't see the need to clean cache files out. It's usually there for a purpose. It isn't as if stagnant files affect performance.

I can dig your point, but I can say from experience...When you're running a device that only at the most has just over 400 megabytes of space, every kilobyte counts.
