What's the best way to transfer a URL from pc browser to phone browser?

I went to a website on my pc. I want to go to the same website on my phone, but it's a long URL. I don't wanna type all that in there. What would be the best way to go to that site on my phone? Would just sending email to myself, and answering it with my phone, be the best way? There should be some sort of app for this. LOL Someone could create a scanner app, where it would read a URL from a PC monitor, and copy it into the phone somehow. Good idea, huh?
