Whats the difference between Android S4 & Samsung Galaxy S4

Just stumbled upon Android S4 on Sears website for ($170). Sounds too good to be true!!!!

They don't look much different except the back cover has Android logo instead of Galexy S4.

Since I'm new to this forums I can't post links yet. You can easily find the phone details by searching android s4 on sears's website.

Just found it. There are some specs that I think are different, but I think this is also a spin on the International version of the S4. It may not be a bad phone for the price, but keep in mind, this is not branded by Samsung, so there may not be any support for it.
