What's the minimum you'd sell a T999 for?

My trusty old GS3 has been sidelined. I've gotten a new phone. I was going to sell my GS3 for a little extra pocket money. I am including an extended battery, and extra stock battery, a 32GB card, and a bunch of TPU cases. The most I've been offered is about $110. It's in fantastic condition compared to most T999's out there. At this point it seems worth more to me as a backup phone than to sell it for $90 in pocket after PayPal and shipping. What do you all think? Ditch it for the pocket change or keep it around as a backup?

Put it on Swappa (swappa.com). The cheapest one I've seen (on T-Mobile) is $149, and that's just the phone and charger. They're listed for as much as $210, and that's also just the phone and charger. If yours is in mint condition, you could probably ask $240 and get a slightly lower offer pretty quickly. (Phones on eBay are iffy, phones on Swappa are almost always as advertised, so people are willing to pay more for them.)
