Did you actually attach a pic so we can see specifically what you're talking about? Because I don't see the pic you're referring to. Since I don't know exactly what you're looking at, I'll just give some generic space saving tips:
Open your "My Files" app and tap on the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then tap on "Get more space."
This will give you a breakdown of Large Files, Unused Files, Duplicate Files, and Unnecessary Files.
Large files, in my experience, has almost exclusively been a collection of videos on my phone...generally videos taken with my camera. As a rule, I try not to leave videos on my phone for very long. If I was on vacation and took a lot of video, once I get home I either load them to my cloud storage or to my computer and then delete them from my phone. You can scroll through these files and select any that you no longer need and delete them.
Unused files will show anything that you haven't used in 6 months or longer. In my experience, most of these files have been .pdf's I might download (like restaurant menus or a user manual) and custom ringtones or notification tones that I haven't assigned to anything recently. There's also usually a bunch of .txt files in there. I don't particularly know what they're for and I'm pretty sure it would be safe to delete them, but I prefer to leave them alone. They don't take up much room at all, so they aren't really impacting anything.
Duplicate Files is pretty self explanatory. It's going to show you any duplicate file on your phone, so you can simply scroll down the list and select the duplicate of each file and delete it. Keep in mind though, this will also show you duplicates of files stored in any cloud service connected to your phone so it may not actually be freeing up space on your phone itself.
Unnecessary Files is also self explanatory. These are files that your phone has decided are no longer necessary. Could be some ghost data leftover from an app that you uninstalled along with temporary files that are sometimes created. I've gotten to the point where I don't even review the list anymore. I just go in there every couple of months and automatically delete them and I've never noticed my phone perform any differently or had any missing files or data.
When it comes to deleting things from your phone, it's always best to err on the side of caution. If you don't know what it is, don't delete it before finding out if it's needed. Hope that helps.
