What is running on my phone? Arrow is pointing to the unknown app

Your phone is in power-saving mode. It's either been activated automatically based on its battery charge level, or activated manually via notification area shortcut. I can't recall where these settings live on the GS7, but on the GS9 they're in Settings->Device Maintenance->Battery.

Should be able to access it via quick shortcut by swiping down from the top of your screen and it will have that icon in the tray you can tap to turn battery saving off or on.
