Is it on your actual monthly statement, or on the "your account" section of the website? This happened to me, too.
The "your account" summary page on the website shows all activity on the account, no matter how you paid for it. The monthly amount due on the actual bill does not show that they charged the phone to my billing statement.
Sprint makes you pay for phones at the time of purchase now; they don't add it to the monthly bill and let it slide for a month anymore. But they still show it as "activity" on your account. It's pretty confusing, but the bill you get at the end of the month shouldn't charge you again for the same phone.
