Whats with the apps popping up on my s8?

[Android Central Question]

I got the galaxy note 8 a few months ago. There, as of 3 days ago, has been a bizzare 2 tone notification dinging, with no notifications. Here is the real kicker though, the nfc is turned off and shortly after the 2 tone notification all my apps start popping up on screen as if I had selected them on my screen, which i didnt. Its kinda freaking me out. Should i be worried? Send help.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that your apps start popping up on the screen? Do you mean they all open in succession?
