What's with the SD card notification?

I got that right after I updated on MM. I tapped on it but didn't actually move any files. Closed it and haven't seen it since. Hope this helps.

I get they all the time on my crappy LG GPad8 in 6.0. I just got notification for 6.0 for the Note 4. I declined. How can I permanent decline?
