When I receive videos on WhatsApp, I just see a blurred image with an "x" and a circle rotating around it, as if in a never ending cycle of download.
I have followed WhatsApp's advice & checked that I am connected to wi-fi & the internet, the date & time are correct, and I have uninstalled & reinstalled WhatsApp, but nothing is fixing this? I also have restarted my phone, and ruled out the known SD card issue, because I don't appear to have one inserted.
My phone is a Samsung J4+, and on Android version 9.
