When are the moto maker designed shipping?

Hate to say it but they lied to you. I called a week after I ordered it and was told it was built and awaiting pickup by the courier. Still don't have it.

My notice said 10/12. I ordered the black bezel with gold band.

All they've done is lie to me every time I've called. I'm done with Motorola. I filed a complaint against them with the FTC this week over the Moto 360 bs. They refuse to refund my money and by law they have to give me that option once they got past the first delivery info date. Good luck, Moto. It's been nice knowing ya.

Picked it up from the FedEx store today. Not too familiar with it yet, but liking the idea of my first smart watch.
