when backing up my htc one x it says i have no files.
I dropped my phone and the lcd is messed up. I can still hear the phone if i get an email or whatever, but the whole screen is black the only light i can see is where the home and back button are located.. when i tried to put the pictures on my computer it says theres no files found. i also tried using the htc sync manager and it loaded the picture codes but not the actual images. when i try to move them from the sync manager to my computer it says "there was a problem" and if its an audio file it tells me the file has been corrupt.. im just trying to get my pictures on my computer.. what should i do??
