When call is made or received, the other party cannot here me.

[Android Central Question]

I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I saw a thread here about this issues and did what they suggested (turn off phone and restart, delete cache) but these did not work. I have no idea what app is hijacking my mic. I don't want to master reset if I dont have to. Any help is appreciated.
