When can we see the ICS 4.0 update?

Will the first Atrix be getting an official ICS update or will we get overlooked for the Atrix 2?

I thought it could work on any android device. So... I'd have an upgrade from 2.3.6 (my atrix) to 4, correct?

Honeycomb is 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2. <---Tablets only

Ice Cream Sandwich is 4.0 and up and is for both phones and tablets.
