When connected to the Bluetooth why does the call always go the the speaker?

when connected bluetooth always cell speaker answer

my phones nexus 5 galaxie s6 when connected on my car radio if i receiver a call the phone ring in the radio i answer with the radio and the sound is from the cell speaker

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the settings icon next to the car listing, and make sure Phone Audio is checked on.
