When could be blocking QR code from appearing on Samsung sg20?

I've checked settings. Restarted phone. Uninstaller and reinstalled VeriFLY program. Same problem.

Welcome to Android Central! What QR code are you talking about? Do you mean the QR code that someone else can scan to connect to your wi-fi network? Or do you mean you're trying to scan a QR code with your camera, but the URL isn't showing up?
