When dialling out I get a message saying my service does not allow connection to the number.

ID mobile are my service provider, I can receive calls but can’t make calls or send/receive text, cannot connect to internet.

Does this happen to all numbers you try to call, or just one number?

Most likely you will need to contact your carrier.
