When did your upgrade eligibility date and/or plan change

I know this isn't about the phone, but I was wondering when the upgade eligibility date would change.

Have those of you who ordered after the 28th seen the change to your plan before getting the phone.

If I have to I can probably spend some time on the phone with Verizon and get things worked out, but I would prefer if things on my account just stayed the way they look today.

I pre ordered mine on 6/6 but the upgrade eligibility didn't change until 7/3 which is the day they charged my card/shipped the phone.

even though I was off contract, my eligibility upgrade date before I called in to order the gs3 was dec 12.
