When do you expect to see a US pre-order date??

Now was we all know HTC One has been delayed in us to "Sometime before the end of April" theres no debating that. I was just curious as to when we should start expecting a pre order date!

Agreed. The guy at sprint may have wrote your name down or Pre registered you, but unless i see some sort of reciept or a source saying April 19th i wouldnt believe that

No, source. The title of the thread is "When do you expect to see a US pre-order date??", and I replied I expect it to be April 19th with a release on April 26th. Hopefully its sooner, but after spending all of March anxiously waiting, only to be disappointed, this time I'm expecting the worst and will hopefully be surprised if its sooner.

Well the lady said that they(Sprint) didn't have any information on a release date etc, and that they usually start taking pre-orders about 2 weeks before release. But she also said that Sprint wasn't even sure how they were going to handle the release. Sometimes they do pre-order, sometimes by first come first serve. But anyway, we chatted for a bit and she just started a reserve list on the computer right there. Took name and number and put me first on the list for a Black HTC One.

Edit - Couldn't pick which size (GB) . Just color.

The $100 rebate offer T&C revised dates now have "Limited-time offer expires on or before April 4, 2013 or sooner and may end without prior notice." and that "you must purchase and activate a new HTC One by April 30, 2013" so actual availability may be closer to mid-month than the very end of the month. Unless of course they change it again, although I think this will be it since then it will be bumping up too close to the S4.
