when I connect to internet , I see notifications about some applications

I use android 4.3 and my device is root , from last Friday when I connect to internet by wireless , I see notifications about application like clean master and candy crush and ...
I see notifications in top of my mobile in left corner , when I click on these notifications , my browser open and it start download apk files , I think this spam or malware or virus . how I can remove it ?
I have AVG and adblock plus , but this application do not detect virus or malware .
Which application can stop this attack or malware ?
My browser download apk file . name of this file is mobogene.apk
Is this virus ?
How I can stop it ?

If you longpress the notification it should bring up a button for "app info", pressing that should tell you which app it is.

When I press long time and choose app info , it open Air call Accept .
Do you think Air Call Accept application has problem ?
Do I need remove it ?

Yes. Air call Accept is full of push ads.

It's not an application, it's more a function of TouchWiz. You can turn it off, but it can't be deleted.
Tasker might be able to replicate it, but it will kill your battery

I think some application like antivirus and anti spam , must can do this for us .can we find good application for stop ads ?

If you installed air call accept from the play store then you will get update notifications from the Play Store. That's normal

This part is not normal. Get rid of the app causing it and look for am alternate

I agree, third party apps like that trying to replicate features in other smartphones are usually the issue with this kind of things. They either download and install other apps or give you tons of ads

I remove air call accept and install it from another store and everything is OK right now , I think last version has problem , I installed it from play store
