When I do talk to text, it prints the message twice in entirety. How do I stop this from happening?

I have a glalaxy S4. I will speak my message, and then press send. It always types the entire message twice and I have to go back and erase the duplicate. (example: Hi Suzy how are you? Hi Suzy how are you?)

Its stupid and time consuming as it never gives the delete option for the duplicate that it typed.

It did not do this until recently (the last month or so). I have updated everything. I don't think I have a duplicate app on my phone, as it has everything it came with last August 2014 when I got it.

Are you speaking twice? I guess something will be present in setting only.

my s3 started doing the same thing and in the same time frame as op.. what gives?? talk to text should save time and be safer while driving, but with it doing this, it takes more time and is less safe to have to read and delete and then retype. any help??
