When I plug my phone into my computer the only option I have.....

Only option I have is to use Windows Media Player....

Cant see my phone under "my computer"

I have the USB debugging checked.

Any ideas??

What OS is your PC?? XP or Windows 7 or Apple???

In any case, I had the same problem you did here at work. I work on a PC running windows XP. My PC couldn't see my SGS3 when I plugged it in so I kind of knew that it needed drivers for my phone to notice it. I installed the Kies software and now PC picks up my phone!

PS: BTW, I don't use the kies software . I use good ol drag and drop!!

I just downloaded Samsung's PC drivers from their support site to get it to work (Win XP). I didn't have to install Kies.

I like how Apple was brought into this as the OS but not OS X.
Seems that you have Windows, judging by WMP. Do you have it set to mount as a disk drive?

I didn't go there thinking Samsung would have packaged newer drivers in their Kies software. Good to know it worked for you otherwise!
