When I swipe the bottom of my screen, I get a menu for different options, what do I need to do?

That's what I'm thinking, too. Wonder if the swipe up action is linked to bringing up her recent apps?

Welcome to the forums. That probably comes from an app that you downloaded. The usual suspects are cleaner apps, battery/memory boosters, free games, photo editors, shady keyboards, etc.

There are several reports of apps like ES File Explorer, Clean Master or different apps created by GO pushing that kind of swipe up menu.

Have, have you tried clearing your cache and restarting? If not, try that first, and if that doesn't work, you might want to try a reset, after you've backed up your settings.

Clearing the cache data and restarting my phone seems to have solved my problem. Thanks everyone for your help.
