When I take a picture all I see is a symbol?

When I take a picture all I see is a symbol, in gallery, of a man with a lighten bolt in the upper right hand corner. What setting do I have wrong and how could it have been changed?

Welcome to Android Central! Are the photos saving to Internal Storage or microSD card? If the latter, the card might be corrupt. See what happens if you change the default save location to Internal Storage.

Thanks B.Diddy. I change photo storage to device and all is working fine so far. I was afraid that it might be the SD card but I didn't want to except the fact.
