When I turn my phone off, it instantly turns on again and goes to the camera

volume buttons dont work and when turn offphoneit suddenly turns on and instantly goes to the camera

My volume buttons don't work. I already tried rebooting it and I also put it in safe mode to test it but the volume down button didn't work. The Do not Disturb notification keeps getting in the home screen saying:

Alarms Only
Until you turn off Do Not Disturb

When I press end now, it shows up again after a second.

What do you think, I should do to my phone? It's an LG K7 and it's been 5 days old since my mom just bought it

Sounds like your button panel is damaged. The phone allows you to open the camera with a double-tap of the volume down button, I believe, and if the phone powers up on its own it could be a problem with the Power button as well.
