When I turn on and open my phone I get sent to my browser and see a spam website how can I fix this

Everytime I turn on and open my phone i get sent to a spam website(virus detected sites telling you to download an app) I have an s8 and have tried force stopping the browser but it doesn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Try booting into safe mode to see if this persists. If so, then the problem is being caused by an app. Determining which one is a more challenging problem. You may have to start removing apps, from the most recently installed and going backwards from there, until the problem goes away.
