When I unlock Home screen it shows only htc logo and it stands there for a while

I bought my HTC One X few weeks ago and everything was perfect.Then i unlocked bootloader,rooted it and i installed Carbon ROM 4.3.1.It was ok but i made mistake and deleted backup(i was thinking that i will not need it anymore).Carbon ROM was not as goot as I tought so i decided to restore Stock ROM.So as i deleted my backup I found Android RevolutionHD ROM.Everything was same as on original rom.It worked perfect for a couple days ago when pull my screen up to unlock it but it didn`t showed me home screen it showed me HTC One Logo screen (like it is booting).I let it because i tought it is doing some update or something.But it wasn`t.After 1 hour logo was still there.I restarted my phone and everything was ok until I had to unlock it again.Same thing.I tried many stock and custom roms.Some of them do that and some crashes all the time.What should I do.Please help me.Should i re-lock bootloader or something.Thank you

Do you have S-ON or S-OFF.
