When i m pressing the power button of my galaxy s6 edge it doesn't response on first attempt

Sometimes i m pressing the home or power button of my Samsung Galaxy s6 edge it doesn't respond on first attempt, sometimes i need to press it again.

Welcome to Android Central! Does the button press crisply, or is it kind of mushy? If the latter, it might be faulty or have some kind of residue that's causing it to stick. If it's still under warranty, contact Samsung, or bring it to a local Best Buy and ask the Samsung store rep to see if they can do anything.
