When is One UI supposed to come out?

It was scheduled to start rolling out in March but there have been reports this week that the Android 9/Pie and One UI have started updates in Europe. No telling when it will appear in the US or with your carrier.

I just downloaded a VPN app, turn it in to the Netherland and automatically had the One UI update, just in case someone wants it

I tried north vpn and connected to a server in the Netherlands, then Germany and lastly India, and everytime I tried to search manually on the phone for the updated did not had a possitive outcome... Does it takes some time for it to magically appear?

Once you connected with the vpn did you did something else? I just downloaded the app and activated the 7 day free premium trial.... Connected to a server in Netherlands, and after that searched the update manually with it not showing up :-\... Also tried the same connecting to a server in Germany

Ya, it sounds like a great idea, but didn't work for me either (trying several different countries).
