When Sony is satisfied that it's free of enough bugs to ship. Any company that sets a ship date in advance is one I wouldn't buy product from - they're going to ship you product whether it works or not. Software isn't written to a schedule - a bug can be found at the last minute, delaying shipping by weeks.
