When my mobile hangs, why do I get an error message touch homewiz stopped?

my mobile always hanged and after few seconds a statement apears that touch homewiz stopped

what is this,why my mobile hanged,and say unfortunately touch home wiz stopped.what is the solution,my mobile is samsung GT-i8262

Too many apps running in backround, your phone gets out of ram, and kills every not currently using app. In this way it saves memory. You can turn force close notifications off in the developer options.

You can try a different launcher like Nova. It is a little easier on memory. What probably happened is you opened an app that required a lot of RAM. Android started to kill apps to make room for it, and for whatever reason TouchWiz crashed.
