Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accessibility​, and make sure you haven't turned on Magnification Gestures.

The game app does that... annoying, isn't it...?
All you can do is pinch the screen to shrink it back. (use a finger and thumb placed on the screen at roughly diagonal corners and pull them together.)
