When sending outgoing calls, from my Galaxy S5, the receiver sees my number as unknown. How do I get it to show my name or number?

when sending outgoing calls. from galaxy s5 the receiver sees my number as unknown

was fine with callers recognizing my number until last week.
Now all recievers, family friends....see 'Unknown" when I call them.
How to I fix this.

Call your carrier and ask them to please change it back or put *67 in front of the number you're calling (i.e., *67 800 555-1212).
