When trying to make a deposit i get an error that camera not supported or is locked

[Android Central Question]

I have tried numerous time to make a deposit using my phone, however I get the error "camera not supported or is locked. It is not the bank since my spouse came make the deposit, that phone is the same make and operating system.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, select the banking app, then Permissions. Is Camera permission turned on?

I know this thread is a few months old but I wasn't sure if anyone found a fix for this issue. I recently had the same issue and called Navy Federal because I thought it was an app issue. After a while we figured out that the reason it wasn't working was because I had developer options enabled.
