When will I get the JellyBean update in South Africa?

I'm using Samsung Galaxy tab 2 P 3100
I did not get update for 4.3 jelly bean im steel running on 4.0 ice cream
i have try to use skies to run an update all it said that i was running on latest for update im in South Africa

Please help to get update

Looking at Sammobile.com you have the latest version of the firmware that is available in your country. You could TRY a firmware from a different country but sometimes they have slight differences in hardware from one country to another so there could be a problem. Your best bet would be to check on XDA to see if someone has a ROM that's compatible but there are risks involved in that as well.
