Sometimes that can be caused by another Flash object on the same page, most likely a Flash advertisement running while you're trying to watch Flash video. If you're using Adblock, then that obviously isn't the issue, but it's worth mentioning.

Getting Flash isn't the issue, we've had that available for a long time. The reason Flash works in 4.1.2 is because the default browser isn't Chrome. Flash will NOT work in Chrome. Download Chrome and try it, you'll see.

So the question was, and still is, does 4.2 install Chrome as the default browser.

Even if it does, can't you just run a different browser? I've always used XScope anyway.

Looks like it'll be very soon, maybe tomorrow. 4.2 update already rolling out to Takju Galaxy Nexus owners.
