Whenever I lift my phone to ear,it speaks loudly instead of giving response in ear

I have Moto X Force/Droid Turbo 2.This is happening after upgrading to android Nougat.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean it turns on speakerphone automatically? If you don't raise it to your ear, does speakerphone remain off?

Is the screen going blank when you bring it up to your ear, or does it stay on? If the latter, then it's possible your face is accidentally touching the speakerphone button.

Problem in Moto Actions.

Thanks for your reply.I have Moto X Force/Droid Turbo 2.As we know that there is a Moto action "Lift for Moto Voice".When I lift my phone to ear it gives discreet reply to my commands.The screen also remains off,but the only problem it gives reply with loudspeaker and not in my ear.It started happening after I updated my phone to android Nougat.

Ok, let me move this thread to the Turbo 2 forum, for more specific traffic. I don't have direct experience with that phone, so hopefully someone else with the phone can help.
