Where Are All Of The 3D Movies?

where can we buy or download 3D movies for the evo3d?? i checked the blockbuster app and the watch this app but niether one has 3d movies. youtube only has short clips.the only movie that ive watched in 3d on the evo is the green hornet and since i switch to a 32 gb card i wont be watching it again. i thought there was going to be some youtube 3d app or something. so the only thing that we're going to be able to watch in 3d are short youtube clips?? this blows

It still has not caught on. It will be a while. So unless you buy movies (Not sure if they even work) and rip them you are more than likely on your own. 3D is more of a gimmick. Like it or not it will take time.

Also people here may know other communities of people. So I also look forward to others posting on this.

Did you install the new App Market? Maybe they have 3D movies? Just an idea you may wanna look into.

I use wonder share to convert the movies I own to mp4 3D and they have a setting for the 3D evo if you update it.

I moved Green Hornet and all my old stuff to a folder and on my desktop then I moved that to my new 32gig card on my phone and it works the same as befor so you did not lose the movie.

Youtube search yt3d or true 3d for some cool stuff. I use FREEdi to download youtube videos. There is jet or others you can use. The phone has to search the sd card again once you download them but other then that it works perfect

The market is very limited on what movies you can buy but any SBS 3D videos will work on our phone you just have to select view in 3D once it starts to play, some need wonder share to be sized for the 3d evo sceen size and this is very easy to do. You can use Handbreak if you want a free program to size it for the evo 3d.

SBS is side by side.. Do not download videos that are for the glasses that are red and blue.

One more thing when adding movies try to keep them under 2 gigs to make them run right on the phone.

Good luck and with a little searching you can load your phone up.

I have some software called dvdfab it will convert 2d to 3d, and after many issue and failures and an update to the software on 07/29/2011 I still can not find a setting or format that works on the 3d. So far I have 4 minutes of Avatar that works and looks nice! And other failures show up as a black screen movie ( no picture) and or the movie plays to fast and no picture. I have tried avi ..,mp4...3g and wmv

Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate looks awesome. However it doesn't list the EVO 3D as a supported device on their website. Have you had any issues or fixable tweaks with it?

i've tried to move the green hornet movie to my computer and then to my new card but it wont play.i can't figure out why. i downloaded the new market place a while back but had to uninstall it because it didn't have the option to charge my sprint account when buying apps.

I just recently came into possession of Avatar and Rio in 3D and they are awesome on the E3D. The Green Hornet looks good but it doesn't do the E3D justice. If you're not adverse to the idea, you can find most 3D movies on torrent sites. After downloading I use HandBrake to convert them to MP4 format and shrink the file size. Avatar for instance rang in at 17 gigs in MKV format and was a tidy 3.2 gigs after HandBrake did it's thing.

Its super easy to convert sbs 3d to the evo. I put a RIO 3D on the evo 3d and it takes 1.3 gb from a 8 GB MKV file.

Use newsgroups and search in binsearch the query sbs 3d, you will find mountains of 3d.

Yes, when you got to set it up when you update the devieces it has our 3d evo.

Wondershare really makes it easy.. To me handbreak looks hard to get all the settings right.

Yes there are tons of 3d sbs out there if you search and running it through wondershare sets it perfect for our phones
