Hi
New to Android.
Im downloading attachments through the Gmail app.
They download fine & I can open them but if I want to re-open them later I cant find where they were saved to & I have to re-download the attachment.
Can anyone help me understand where in the multitude of folders under "my files" are these attachments going?
Thanks

They could be in Downloads folder or in the Android-Data-Gmail folder if there is one. Let us know.

Thanks for the reply.
Under Android-Data there are a bunch of different folders but none for gmail.
Still looking...

Found an answer from androidforums. com/
Just noticed there are 2 hidden options in gmail with attachments- download or save.
For some reason if i "download" it, i cant find it on my phone anywhere, but if I click "save" then I can find under the "downloads" folder.
Thats so logical right?
Anyway thanks for your help.
