Where are Google/Photo app saved collages stored on my phone?

Google or the Photo App constantly created Collages from past photos, generally in some theme or other. I opt to SAVE them as well as SHARE both the compiled collage and the MEMORY (which is a slide show of sorts).

But when I save them, where the heck are they being stored? On my phone or elsewhere. If on the phone what folder or directory are they stored?

It happened today. When I got into the Photo app after SAVING, I used search, I did find a few month old or older ones but not the one I had just saved/created. Or ones saved earlier today and yesterday.

Any help appreciated.

They're saved in your Google Photos in the cloud. If you want a copy on your phone, you'd have to find them and use the Download command. To find them, simply Search for "Collages". Select the one you want, tap the 3-dot menu button at the upper right, then Download.
