Where are my videos that I transfered from my IPhone?

Hi all. Well, I JUST got a LG G4. Switched from IPhone 5. I got it at best buy. They did the picture/video transfer and all the pics are there but I can't find the videos anywhere. So I went to the AT&T store and they did the video swap using their equipment . We watched the screen on the transfer box/computer and it said 66 videos downloaded. (66 is exactly how many vids I have). Same deal! I look in my photo/vid folder and no vids! Can ANYBODY tell me where these videos are hiding? Also it appears all my pics went to internal memory and I don't want that. I want them on my SD card. Any help will be much appreciated! Thank you!

If the videos are or your phone you could download a file manger from the Google play app store and look around and see if you can find them and if you do you can move them to the video folder.

The phone may already have an app called File Manager. Go to "All files". Then I'd start by looking in Internal Storage, in the DCIM\Camera folder. That's where mine puts videos that I shot.

No idea where the automated tool may have put yours, of course. If they are QuickTime files, they might have a .MOV extension, if searching the phone.

I had the same problem when I switched from iPhone. I couldn't play the videos and I couldn't find them. I downloaded mx player and my videos appeared and I was able to play them. Stock Android players can't play iPhone videos for the most part. .
