Where are these ads coming from?

I think app need permissions to display these kind of ads. Maybe you should check what will happen if you take them away.

This morning I installed Malwarebytes and ran a scan. It found one app (unfortunately I don't remember the name of it, but it wasn't Meijer or the Belle UI icons). I had it fix the issue and so far I haven't seen any ads.
