where can I buy Samsung Galaxy avant in UK
and will Galaxy avant work with UK network ?

I am not familiar with the UK radio bands for LTE but here are the specs I found.

GSM:
850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz
UMTS:
850, 1700/2100, 1900, 2100 MHz
FDD LTE:
850 (band 5), 1700/2100 (band 4), 1900 (band 2), 2100 (band 1) MHz
Data:
LTE, EDGE, GPRS

That said here is the Samsung UK page for the phones offered there Smartphones - Android and Windows with 4G LTE & 3G | Samsung and usually UK customers get the better phones. I would say hit up eBay for that phone it may be your best option or Amazon.com.
