Where can i find sprint connections optimizer in my phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. I have searched for sprint connections optimizer but have been unsuccessful so far.

Can anyone help me please?

Settings (from the app drawer or your pull down menu)->More Networks->Mobile Networks->Connections Optimizer

I do not have that setting in my mobile though. I did go to the above menu but the connections optimizer is not there.
