Where can i get a Screen protector not tempered glass or plastic?

I saw someone use a screen protector on to there phone, it was like a small liquid the size of an eye lense onto the face and it expanded over the full face .
It was fantastic.been searching for this as hate the tempered and plastic covers, anyone know of this? Thanks

Look on Amazon for liquid screen protector. There are a few of them.

Do they work? For a while. Then they wear off. (And all they "protect" the screen from is fingerprints, rub marks and light scratches. The screen will still get scratched by some things, and it will still break if you drop the phone screen-down [and sometimes even screen-up, or on a side].)
