does anyone have a link where I can download the MTP application for android?
I've deleted mine and now need it again.

Assuming that you extracted it from a ROM, or someone backed it up to an apk file and sent it to you, you probably couldn't get it to install. You''ll probably have to reflash the ROM. (Back everything up first, because reflashing deletes everything.)
